Is Textile FX the Textile that merged with 3Box Labs?

No. That is a different company with the same name: Textile at textile.io, which built Tableland, Basin and other decentralized data tools and merged with 3Box Labs (the Ceramic network) in February 2025 to work on data infrastructure for AI agents. Textile FX at textilecredit.com is unrelated to it. We were not part of that merger and don't build Tableland, Basin, Ceramic or AI-agent data tools. We run a non-custodial on-chain FX rail that swaps local-currency stablecoins for USD stablecoins.

How do I swap cNGN to USDT?

Is Textile FX custodial?

Accepted Answer

No. Textile never holds your funds or keys. Settlement runs through Uniswap's audited limit-order contracts, and every write path — in the app and in the API — hands you an unsigned transaction or an EIP-712 payload that your own wallet signs.

Yes, at https://api.textilecredit.com, documented at https://docs.textilecredit.com/api/. v2 is the RFQ venue the public Swap uses: solicit a firm quote for an exact size, sign and broadcast it yourself, track settlement via signed webhooks. Any partner key reaches it. v1 is the order-book API for resting limit orders and partial fills. There is also a public, no-auth rates feed at https://api.textilecredit.com/tickers in the CoinGecko tickers format.
